Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before a tracking number has been issued. Once a tracking number is provided, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds & Returns

Detailed sizing is provided in product descriptions to minimize returns. Please email padlockgarments@gmail.com or dm @padloccck on Instagram if there is a dire concern.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute after placing an order, we will conduct an investigation with your bank. We are not responsible for any lost funds if the bank rules in our favor.
